Rev. Ikusagba is far from the average ECWA pastor. He intentionally takes the time to know each church member beyond what is visible during church services, showing genuine interest in their lives and personal growth.

Despite his busy schedule, he consistently makes himself available to check in on people, offer guidance and provide encouragement. He relates to members not only as their spiritual leader but also as a friend who is approachable, caring, and deeply invested in their well being.
